Well made, sturdy enough. Had ordered one more directly from Meditive Store online, that came with a set of adjustable "Side Locks" that helped to secure the "Safety Bar" to the commode from both the sides, increasing the stability of the support bar.

Reasonably good
The outer packaging was damaged upon delivery. This was rather disappointing and I worried that the product inside might have been damaged during transit. Anyhow, thankfully it wasn't. It's very easy to set up. As described by the seller, it has height as well as width adjustment options to suit the specific needs of the user. However, I wasn't entirely happy with the product at its wider position (only 2 positions are available). The bars going across are not stable as the holes are almost at the end thus making the final assembled product slightly wobbly / unstable. Its better to use it in the shorter width position to ensure product stability. Product is lightweight and easy portable. I also noticed that the powder coating on the bars were not of the best quality: some rust could be seen at the end of the bars. Hope the rust doesn't start eating it's way through them. The arm rests are comfy. Unfortunately for us, our toilet is a Hindware Italian Collection single unit which sits quite low on the floor. Thus, even with the product at its lowest position, it is still too high for my mum. This is just our specific issue and has nothing to do with the product which should serve the intended purpose for higher commodes. I'm not entirely sure if this is adequately priced: I would be more happy to see it priced around 2K.
