Great product from milwaukee, well worth the $

This Milwaukee Digital Multimeter is a keeper. Love the back stand for reading the meter standing on it's on. Has every scale that I normally use and is very, very, accurate. No problems with the meter at all. You'll be satisfied with this one!

Excellent multimeter. Cost less than fluke. It's very robust. There is slight delay until it show the reading. All functions including temprature. Works.

Garbage. do not get. once you turn it on it read volts at all levels put it in a 110 outlet read 355 and all over the place. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. BUY A FLUKA

Though I had miss place it, so I purchased an exact replica of the one that had been misplaced, after a month I had found the 1st One now ivd got two, keep one at work the other at home, very good investment.

I love this thing. Works great, has been super reliable (owned it for 4 years now) and was a LOT less expensive than the "other" brand. I also got the optional soft case for it, which I also really like. Highly recommended.

First off, this does have an auto off feature. Seems this is not advertised and some even say it does not auto shut off. Maybe it's a newer feature??? I came from a Fluke that was left out in the rain and died :( Did not feel the need to spend the $400+ to replace it. The display on the Milwaukee is AMAZING! Can see it in the direct sunlight and in complete darkness.

Though not top of the line, this is a very, very good digital multimeter, and for most applications it's more than capable and accurate, including the auto range function, especially when compared to Fluke, for example, a more expensive meter. I bought mine in 2013 on Amazon Canada for about half the currently listed price, and I think it was a fantastic deal; the current price for this device, on Amazon and elsewhere has increased much more now, and I may shop around for comparable features before paying over $200 for this type of meter. The only other point to mention is Milwaukee Tools' excellent warranty and service, which is well worth considering when looking at comparable meters. After 3 years, the included battery in mine had leaked, and that possibly ruined its circuit board. The meter didn't measure correctly when referenced to 2 other calibrated meters, and the current measuring function stopped working - despite replacing the internal fuse. Halifax, NS has a dedicated Milwaukee Tools center in Dartmouth. They inspected the unit, reviewed my purchase receipt, and exchanged it on the spot. In my opinion, that kind of convenience and service alone may be worth a bit more in price.

I'm in college and we use these to measure stuff when we build circuits. It reads almost exactly the same as the Fluke bench models available for us to use at the school. (We don't do anything with ridiculously low values of voltage, amperage, capacitance or resistance) The most recent thing I used it for funnily enough was checking the temperature on my fishtanks with the included temperature wire. It was accurate. I also used it to measure the temperature of a chili I was cooking in my slow cooker and it read 90 degrees Celsius when the chili was boiling around the edges, so I'd say its accurate. I don't see what people are complaining about when it comes to the screen being hard to read without the backlight... I can read it just fine. It beeps everytime you change a setting though which is a little embarrassing in class with other people around me. The unit and the stand are both sturdy enough.

I have just about every Milwaukee tool out there. I'm that much of a fan boy. This multimeter does not disappoint. The best part of this multimeter is that an old fogey like me with bad eyesight can read the display without having to blink. That alone is worth its weight in gold. Jam packed with useable features. Straight forward and easy to use.

Awesome unit. Easy to use. Feels like a nice solid piece of hardware and comes with a 5 year warranty. Does not come with a case or any additional leads or attachments which i found a little surprising for what you pay. Over all i would recommend this unit for anyone looking for a quality tool.
