A: The box clearly says "no artificial flavors or colors". Ingredients are all naturally derived.
All I know for sure is it definitely gives banana bread a lot more banana flavor than bananas alone.

I love using Watkins Strawberry Extract when I make Strawberry Cake and Frosting, the Taste and Smell is Superior to any other, I also like to use it when I make Strawberry Jam, just a couple of drops makes a lot of Difference, it Enhances the Strawberry Taste. The Fresh Taste of Strawberry is Excellent, you don't have to over do it with these Extracts, only a drop or two does the Trick, anymore than that and you will get that Chemical under taste. Watkins has been making Extracts since 1868 and I think they know what they're doing. No one is Paying me to say any of this, Watkins Extracts are the very Best, for years I've been buying Them! ...Thank You D.D.
