For lack of a better description it is like adult baby food. That was the first thing I thought of upon opening the jar. But the flavor is well beyond baby food. It has 4 ingredients. Just four. Bananas, pineapple, sugar and mango. That's it. Its juicy. Not runny. Juicy. It is obviously difficult to describe.
