This is perfect for yoga, gym, rowing etc but not something that would be any good for running or skipping.The fit is good and it gives a really nice, feminine shape, exactly as the image. I often find sports bras dig into my underarms, making them uncomfortable, however this one is very comfortable and doesn't dig in anywhere. The material is very soft and it fits really well. The only two downsides are that after machine washing the padded inserts get folded up and you need to insert a finger into the small gap in order to re-align them. I'm thinking of trying to sew them in place. Secondly, its probably not really supportive enough for high impact sport.
