Does the stand have holes for tv wiring?

Yes. There are holes for TV wiring to allow an electronic box to sit in the shelf. The holes are not pictured in the photo, but they are present in the actual item. There is a hole in each back panel.

Is this solid walnut? Or particle board?

Particle board. The first package I got had the 2 longest boards broken in half due to bad handling during shipping. The finish in real life does not look as nice as the image on display. It looks flat and dull. Would not recommend this. I plan on replacing this with real wood furniture later.

Do records fit on the shelves on the right side?

No, they do not fit above or below the glass shelf on the right side.

what are the measurements of the shelving behind the cabinet doors? I need to measure my reciever & see if it filts

The shelves are slightly more than 14" deep and 25" wide. There is a handy cutout on the back for your cable. I have really liked this piece - feels stable and I liked having the glass shelves for things I want to display and the cupboard to hide everything else.
