I’ve tried a lot of protein bars, and Atlas is hands down one of the best. The Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip flavor is rich, satisfying, and doesn’t taste artificial at all. What really stands out is the clean ingredient list—no seed oils, no artificial sweeteners, and only 1g of natural sugar.It’s packed with 20g of protein, which keeps me full and energized without any crash. I’m really impressed with these Atlas bars! I bought them for the high protein content (20g per bar) and clean ingredients — no seed oils, no artificial sweeteners, and just 1g of natural sugar. I was pleasantly surprised at how good they taste! The peanut butter flavor really shines, and the texture is soft and a little squishy (in a good way). They feel more like a real food bar instead of the chalky texture you sometimes get with other high-protein options. Perfect for a quick post-workout snack.

Out of the wrapper, it looks like a Quest or Kirkland Protein. Its wonderful peanut flavor shined with the inclusions of little chocolate chip pieces as well as little peanut buts. I was a huge fan of ashwaghanda before purchasing these bars and thought it was cool to see it in the ingredients. I didn’t feel any adverse effects or anything spectacular either. This protein bar did its job to give me some tasty protein on the go. Only downside is the texture. It felt very tacky to chew and a little dry and hard, especially compared to Quest. Overall I loved the flavor and the fact it has zero sugar.

Ordered Atlas Bars to try something new. I’m admittedly kind of a freak about clean nutrition for my family. They check all the boxes! High protein (20g), high fiber (9g), low sugar (1g), clean ingredients (no artificial junk or preservatives) and balanced macros which means I’ve used them as a snack and as a small meal replacement. They go everywhere with us now, my son tosses them in his baseball bag for games, my other son has some in his tool box at work, I take one to the gym with me and they always are the perfect post game/workout snack. They are not hard at all and the texture is surprisingly nice for a protein bar. I can’t wait to try some other flavors!

Im actually so impressed. This is a great bar and great band! I loved the idea of them making a bar without all the problematic ingredients in most protein bars (mainly seed oils).They were kind enough to give me a discount, and I was expecting them to be mediocre considering how healthy they were trying to be, but I was SO WRONG. They are actually delicious. I will say they do have a bit of that protein powder chewiness, but it didn’t bother me. The taste was surprisingly good, obviously they make simpler flavors unlike other brands. And it was still 210 calories for 20g of protein, which is great.TLDR: These are awesome for your health. I used to love quest bars. These are gonna be my new replacement.

I’ve tried a bunch of protein bars and these ones are pretty good. The ingredient list is great so if you’re looking for a cleaner bar this is it. Not low calorie but great protein bioavailability - perfect as a meal replacement bar or substantial snack! The bar itself is pretty dense but it does keep you full. It’s also tasty! no chalky texture either

Clean whey protein, real peanut butter and chocolate chips, decently chewy, almost dense marshmallow texture ( not great but not bad and doesn’t stick to teeth), good size, filling, but would rather have a small amount of real sugar to avoid the “artificial” taste (though not really artificial, I know) imparted by the monk fruit that lingers after finishing the bar. Wish could return. Will not be purchasing again.

I am surprised how great these taste. I figured based on the macros and the clean ingredients it would have an unappealing texture or flavor. Great news! They are delicious and have a normal texture. They are soft and their form is a little squishy but those are things I don't care about. What I appreciate are the macros are great, they taste great, and the ingredients are clean.
