Amazing drum head, amazing service
First off, I need to tell you about this drum head. It makes my 8 inch PDP concept series tom sound amazing! It gives it just the right amount of attack, combined with the perfect amount of resonance. I would recommend you getting this head all the way. The new Level 360 Technology makes it so that it hold its tune once you put it on. You don't even have to seat it if you don't want to. Second, I have to compliment the customer service. It was supposed to get here the Tuesday at about 7 in the evening, but it arrived Monday before I woke up. This is an amazing head!

Nice warm tone. My Catalina maple 8” Tom had a two ply coated Remo which was too ringy. I switched to the Evans and it sounds great. I found small Toms sound really good with a two ply coated as a redo head too. You can get a nice sustain that is very warm,smooth and musical.I play rock and jazzy funkier stuff , not really metal but sometimes heavy. Big fan of Jerome Deupee and Billy Conway style and tone, Stanton Moore and David Garibaldi.

I have been a fan of very few drumhead brands and styles. The Evans G2 make my drums sing. The tone is perfect and the mid-range attack that they produce has allowed me to use them with the multiple bands that I play in. I need versatility as I am playing in 5 bands with music variety from big band to rock, pop, and country. Highly recommended all around!

Evans son de las marcas con las que más me gusta vestir mis instrumentos de percusión. A mi parecer siempre suena bien, duran mucho, estos coated (rugosos) los utilizo en un Cajón Drumkit con parches de 8, 10 y 12 pulgadas en tom, 10 en tarola y un emad uv en el kick de 16

Also ich weiß ja auch nicht, 2 felle in 2 monaten ist kein normaler verschleiß… das erste war nach grad ma 3 sessions durch, das zweite hat keine 8 sessions durchgehalten…Nach 5-6 lieder fängt an das fell auszudellen, anders kann ich‘s nicht beschreiben. Sowas hatte ich noch nie bei keiner marke oder fellart.Und es passiert komischerweise auch nur auf der 8‘er tom, alle anderen 3 funktionieren ohne probleme.
