Out with the Old. In with the New!
Well, what I like about this product is the spray paint don't take much time to cure. It will leave a very strong odor during and after spraying!! I tried my best to ventilate before spraying but the odor traveled from my kitchen to the next room in half an hour! The outcome is acceptable. It leaves a matte finish. So it has a more of a subdued look. It also feels chalky as it dries. It covered up all burn marks and other slight imperfections. I bought two cans and only used half a can. I have more for future touch-ups. I'm very satisfied with the application process but will give an update if the spray paint don't hold. Thanks for a wonderful product!

Works on wood stoves.
Used to re-paint my wood stove. Have had a lot of hot fires so far and the paint still looks new.

My Grill Has Never Felt More Attractive
I bought Rust-Oleum 7778830 High Heat Enamel Spray Paint, Bar-B-Que Black, 12-Ounce because my grill looked like it had just survived a post-apocalyptic cooking show. Rust. Fading. The general vibe of “I gave up in 2014.” Enter this magical black aerosol wizard. First of all, the color: Bar-B-Que Black. Not “sort of black.” Not “charcoal-ish.” This is the deep, dramatic, movie-trailer-voice-over black. My grill went from “yard relic” to “I take my brisket seriously.” Application? Smoother than my attempt to explain to my wife why I needed another can “just in case.” The spray pattern is even, controlled, and makes you feel like a professional restoration expert instead of a guy in flip-flops holding a shaking can. And the heat resistance? Let’s just say my grill runs hotter than my neighbor’s political Facebook posts. This paint didn’t blister, flake, peel, or cry for help. It just sat there looking calm and dignified while flames did their thing. Bonus: After painting, I stared at my grill for 20 minutes. Not cooking. Just admiring. It now looks so good I almost feel bad putting hot dogs on it. Would I buy it again? Absolutely. Will I start looking around my house for other things to spray black? Possibly. Do I now feel like a backyard renovation legend? Without question. Five stars. My grill is reborn. My burgers taste more confident. My wife and children worship me. Angels speak my name.

Good stuff, but expensive for the coverage
I used this and I later switched to the brush-on quart. The coverage from the cans was a bit disappointing. I went through 3 cans repainting an old wood stove and still wasn't satisfied with the thickness of the coatings. At that point I switched to the liquid, brush-on version and gave the entire stove a thick protective coating while using less than 1/4 of the quart. That ended up being the more economical route to go. If you have only a small section to paint that will require 1 can or less, this would work. For anything more than that I recommend using the brush-on.

Gorgeous Finish – Just Be Prepared for Strong Fumes
I used this high heat enamel spray paint (white) to redo my old radiator, and the results were so worth it. The finish came out smooth, clean, and super professional-looking. It really made a huge difference in the space. A few tips if you’re planning to use it: • The fumes are very strong, so make sure to wear a respirator. • Open every window, get a fan going to push the air out, and close the door to contain the fumes. • Work in thin layers and take your time—it’s better than trying to do one thick coat. Bonus tip: If you accidentally spray your tile floor, don’t stress—you don’t need a heavy-duty paint remover. Just use nail polish remover (acetone) or 70% isopropyl alcohol and it comes right off with a little scrubbing. Overall, I’d absolutely recommend this. It’s strong, durable, heat-safe, and once it dries, it really elevates the look of whatever you’re painting.

Gets The Job Done
I used the Rust-Oleum High Heat Enamel Spray Paint to repaint the radiators in my house, and overall, I’m very happy with the results. The paint goes on smoothly, covers well, and handles the heat from the radiators without any issues — it definitely gets the job done. I purchased the 6-pack, which turned out to be the perfect amount for my project. It was also a much better deal compared to buying the cans individually, so I appreciated the value. My only complaint is the limited color selection. I wish there were more shades to choose from, especially for interior projects where matching décor matters. But if you're okay with the available options, this paint performs really well.
