Plastic was not sturdy enough.

Great for light weight things a pound or two. Plastic does flex and give under heavy load. Would be perfect for Christmas lights

We use this product every year in Michigan for hanging Christmas decor on our house. We use them all year round in other areas...great product! This was the first year that we had something fall off the house using one of them but it was just because the snowflake was too heavy for the hook.

These little clips work great! They won't hold a ton of weight but are so simple and yet they work. No damage to vinyl siding.

I had to return and order metal ones instead because these would not hold up what I wanted to hang. I did not weigh the sign I hung, but I'm guessing it's around 5-10 lbs. These slid right out with the slightest touch after I hung it.
