I was crossing my fingers the quality and fit were all right, and I was super pleased when I received the package. I typically wear a size 6, and this fit very well. It was actually slightly roomy in th e waist. I am fairly tall and never know if a dress is going to end up being awkwardly short, but it was a good length on me.. It was extremely comfortable, and I will definitely be wearing it often. It is a great value for the price. The material has a nice soft feel but is thin (to the point of near transparency, so a slip is needed in most situations). As others have noted, the checks don't line up between the back and front top portions which doesn't affect the garment's functionality - but does make it look funny.
