So I take issue with Amazon packers for not being more professional, and careful. Because of the state of the box, the metal component that the battery connects too, was found loose in the box. I managed to fix it, however. The light itself, despite being entirely plastic, is just awesome. It glows really brightly, and yet pastel. It was a gift, and the person loved it. I would buy this again, I would just hope for more care being shipped from Amazon. The light deserves 5 stars. I bought it to light up the back corner of my girls’ new bunk bed at night. It looks great and fits in perfectly with the decor except for one big problem - we can’t turn it off! It’s battery operated so I can’t leave it on all the time. I’m planning to make some fancy contraption to mount it on something that I can attach to the wall with hinges so we can lift it up to turn it on and off.
