Delivery was prompt. Kills bed bugs on contact. However, does not kill the eggs. you need another type of product to kill eggs. But the two products together works very well.

I stayed at a Red Roof Inn (yes, I am saying which franchise so you can beware/be aware) for 4 nights..I noticed some little red marks on my legs, but thought maybe it was from being at the park. Came home, put the luggage on my bed to unpack (never ever do this!!! lesson learned!) About 3 weeks after getting home, I noticed I had the same little itchy marks. Checked the mattress (which wasn't even 1 year old @ $900 for the queen set, couldn't afford to get another one!) found a few bugs, and was totally grossed out! tried another product, which I think it fed them...bought Bug Patrol, and it took about 2 months of treatments, but finally worked...had to keep applying diligently, we did it every 2 weeks, to catch new hatches and eggs. Also put a BED BUG cover on the mattress...not just any cover, it has to be for bed bugs, they are super tiny and resourceful!I I stopped sleeping in my bed for the 1st 2-3 weeks because I was soo grossed out. Washed EVERYTHING in HOT water, dried everything on HIGH HEAT, sprayed the whole room, and also turned the heater on in the room (it was the middle of summer). It took a lot, and I believe Bug Patrol helped. One last suggestion, after washing everything, if you have another room to sleep in, do NOT carry anythign else from or to the room being treated!

I used this in conjunction wit several other brands. I attacked with full force and relentlessness so I could not tell you if this actually worked or if it was a different product. But I can tell you this stuff stinks really bad. Made me nauseous but the smell did disapate within 24 hours. That's not bad compaired to some of the other stuff I used where the smell lasted several days and was even more overwhelming than this. I think it's a bit overpriced. You get a whole gallon of hot shot for $9.99 and I know for a fact that it works. However, I have two dogs and a cat. I used this product in the areas that my pets reside for their safety. I also used this inside their indoor wooden doggy house and on the mat inside their doggy house before and after sanitizing it. Haven't seen any bugs in it but better to be safe than sorry. We had a small infestation that we caught early enough thank god after a guest stayed in our home. But I wasn't taking any chances. I took all precautions, followed all the protocol for bed bug control, and treated absolutely everything in the house. Every crack, every crevice, every single piece of furnature or item even if it was nailed down. Even threw out the bed and several blankets. If you don't do that you may as well just burn your house down because you aren't gonna get rid of them otherwise.

I did not consider this product useful at all. I had to throw the mattress and box springs away, so I may as well kept my money.
