Delicious, creamy Stilton

It was delivered on time and I ordered a pound an this one weighed 1.25 pounds. It was vacuum wrapped then placed in a plastic bag, shipped with a small ice block in a Styrofoam box. Excellent product, service, and quality.

Strong flavor

If you love blue cheese & looking for one that goes a long way, this is perfect. The flavor & funk is so strong, but in a good way. A little was all it took for our compound butter & blue cheese sauce for steaks. We also used it on strawberry & pecan salad with balsamic vinaigrette... perfect combo!

So Good (Update - No good)

Absolutely the best I have ever had. I completely devoured in 2 days with my favorite bottle of Cabernet. One note, make sure to put into the fridge overnight before consuming. I will definitely reorder but not until colder weather sets in.Update: Something has drastically changed. This used to be so good. The taste has changed 180 degrees. It’s now dry and tasteless. I’m shocked by the change. What is going on in this world ?
