Q: Heading says Thickening Conditioner, picture is of Toucably full conditioner. Which one is it? Having problems w/ other orders over this error

The Name is Luxurious Volume. All the other words are just describing the effect of the product. It is a VOLUMIZING, or THICKENING- conditioner. They mean the same thing. "Touchably Full" is describing how your hair will feel. "Touchably Full, Visibly Soft." Aside from all of that, if you buy it, Experiment with how much you use. Not enough and your hair is tangled. Too much and its weighed down. My hair is shoulder length and thin, I use a rounded quarter sized squirt of it and rinse in cool water. I find that drying my hair upside down before using a heated curling brush works best. Hope this helps. Good Luck. Don't forget to clip the $1 Coupon for it!
