Excellent Swim Workout Book
I have followed this workout book more than five times, completed the workouts from start to finish, from week one to week sixteen, and I gained a lot of knowledge and skills in the process. Also, my swim times improved or the clock on the wall slowed down... (I am a master swimmer over 50 years old). This book serves as a good swim "buddy" (company) as well because keeps one focused on the drills, long swims and short swims, a good mixture of all. Many thanks to the author to put the workout book together!

Helped improve my swimming technique and speed. The cards explain each workout well. They do not get wet, and can be used poolside.

Great tool
Really well done. Easy to grasp for non-athlete swimmers. The diversity within the workout makes it 'enjoyable' as opposed to boring. The tool kit explains clearly the rules and lingo. The Drill cards and the Tubing cards are well detailled. Great tool!

Swim Speed + 20 Minute Nap
These workouts are a great mix of technique focus and fitness. I've done a couple of the practices and I feel like I'm back in college, looking for that mid-day power nap between doubles.

Old style swimming with no attention to shoulder injuries
Her teachings is not up to date. She is still pushing the 40 year old harmful swimming techniques. She pays no attention to shoulder injuries due to bad arm posture.

Great improvement under 6 weeks!
I only have this training since 6 week and feel great improvement even if i dont have time to completly the training ( i swim 30-45min trainint are for 1h-1h15 depends of your swim speed) i recommended it to every one!

Super Programm mit hochwertigen, wasserfesten Karten!
Super aufgebauter Plan, gute Erklärungen. Ich fühle mich schon schneller nach drei Wochen und vor allem habe ich endlich mal wieder Spaß am Training im Wasser! Dazu geht's nicht einfacher: Karte aus dem Kästchen nehmen, Technikübungen (Drills) anschauen. Karte an den Startblock kleben und los geht's!
