I suppose or what I expected and very very pretty. Use them tonight with our dinner it has the bridges for holding it but it's still feels the heat strongly. The size is nice the weight is nice and I think the sturdiness is good too, they're going to last a while.

Good product, however I would recommend wooden chopsticks over plastic. I knew what I was getting as it tells you, just generalized.

Bought these for our two grown kids and their spouses for Christmas and they have become their favorite bowls! They are light weight, decorative and easy to hand wash. Great bowl for soups and for stir frys.

Great Bowls, reminds me of the many nights spent in a noodle house while in stationed in Korea, Now I have Ramen or Rice night at Home. Sturdy, should last a long time.

These bowls are lightweight and durable. They are the perfect depth for making ramen.

This set of bowls, spoons and chopsticks is very nice. The plastic is thick and heavy. They'll come with manufacturing dust so a quick hand wash (like with any new plate/bowl/glass set) before use is required. The plastic is thick enough to not bend, but it's still plastic so don't try to crush them. The bowls can comfortably hold 4 cups of liquid (this leaves about a centimeter from the rim), which is twice what our regular cereal bowls hold. The spoons are great because they're deep and have the curved end so it won't fall into your bowl never to be seen again. The chopsticks are square at the fat end and rounded at the end you'll pinch food with. Haven't cooked anything yet but they look like most of our other chopsticks, so if you like using plastic over wooden chopsticks, you'll be fine. And lastly the chopstick stands have a sturdy base, not much else to be said for a simple device. I plan on hand washing these to maintain their shine, dishwashers have a tendency to scuff plastic. All in all very happy with my purchase.

These bowels do hold soup, makes eating ramen so much better. Having chop sticks so much better then using fingers. And using the spoons looks so much better then drinking from the bowel.

Good size. Dishwasher safe.
