I love these - they’re not the cheapest but are nice thick, consistent (from jar to jar), and reliable glass terrines.

I bought them for their beauty, but they are not as durable as the Ball hinge brand. Not worth the price. I have only hand washed them and only use these jars for storage not pressure canning and they chip and crack where the lip for the hind is. I threw 2 of the 4 in the trash because I don’t want to risk glass in any product. Disappointed.

I sought these out because I had one that I use for sugar cubes in my home bar. These are airtight with a hinge mechanism that is much higher quality than competitors. They are not inexpensive but will last a very long time. I am using them for various spices and I know that they will keep them airtight. The really big selling point with this brand is the hinge mechanism. Very heavy duty and will withstand many years of reliable use. Highly recommended.

Looks nice with my dry goods in as I open my pantry. Very strong and yes I dropped one and it did not break, it was on a rug over concrete. Very happy.

While I do like the overall form and heft of this 750mL jar for daily use, to store my fresh coffee grounds, I was disappointed when it started to chip off razor sharp shards of glass from the rim, from normal opening and closing only after a few weeks of use. I thought it was a random fluke, but it continued to happen to this jar, as well as to my larger 1L of the same type. The angle of the wire clasp, the way it contacts and applies pressure on the rim edge, is a defective design. I’d expect better quality and durability given how expensive they are. They do say on their website: “Persistent opening and closing of the wire hinge could cause damage. Please consider the Le Parfait COLOR LID product line with screw-top caps as an alternative for pantry storage.”

I keep buying these due to their incredible versatility. From pickling my own foods, using as salad meal prep for the week, or re-packaging goods that are sold in bags (esp from Asian markets) or flimsy plastic containers (like the kosher pickles from my local deli) for fridge storage, these guys do the trick. I like the wide mouth being the same width as the jar itself for content access and easy cleaning.

A bit awkward to clean and fill until you figure out that the lid can be fairly easily removed as needed. Solid construction. Pre-heat with hot tap water beforehand if you plan to pour boiling water into it, for whatever reason (such as to sterilize).

This is perfect for keeping my sourdough starter in. This is so durable with thick glass, It has been dropped by slippery hands and held up well. I love that the lid is attached and i can leave it cracked easily when growing my starter or seal it tight when storing without any leakage issues. Bonus points its easy to clean and the size is perfect. Highly recommend.

Excelente producto y de la mejor calidad, muy buen sellado. Algo a considerar es que el sello de goma huele mucho, con los días se va eliminando ese olor. Sin duda seguiré comprando más.

Love these jars and have them in few sizes...this one arrived without the sealing gasket....since the jar was factory packed, I believe the seller had no way of knowing the gasket was missing, it was not included when it was packed in the factory...contacted the seller and was promptly shipped not one but two gaskets...great seller and excellent product...thank you
