Babyletto Madison Swivel Glider in Blush Pink Velvet, Greenguard Gold and CertiPUR-US Certified

I thought it would be more helpful to post after we'd used this for awhile than right after purchase. Purchased to be able to rock a baby that stayed with us for 6 weeks, but wanted it to be functional and look ok for use after the baby went home. We just remodeled, wanted something that fit in. For those asking about the shade of color for "mocha", see pix. About the color of a Hershey's bar. Pros: came fully assembled (YAY); multiple uses outside of a nursery, a fine chair for anywhere; light enough that it can be moved relatively easily by one person but not so light that it feels unstable in any way; fabric looks as good as the day it arrived -- for those with kids and pets it cleans easily; comfortable -- people gravitate to this chair -- when we had a party it was in constant use. People using it on a daily basis are of average weight and range in height from 5'2" to 6'. I think it would be fine for someone taller, that's just who has used it at our home. Not a huge chair, a plus for us because we've moved it to a spot where didn't want a big overstuffed chair. It's the size of a club chair we have in one bedroom, and I'm ordering again in a different color to use in a condo where we don't want huge furniture. Have not experienced any squeaks or problems that others have mentioned. Cons: I could see how if one is nursing at 3 a.m. and you just want to put your head back and doze, this might not fit the bill. It's very comfortable but it's a club chair, no high back for head rest. An excellent value and purchase for us, highly recommend. UPDATE: 12/2018 - Our original Mocha colored chair still fantastic. 2 years ago we purchased it in gray for a condo that we rent, because of it's smaller footprint but still very comfortable. Numerous renters later, it still looks brand new! Update 12/2024 - Still in use, still looks great, swivel and rock still work great. I wish everything was this well made

I love this chair. It looks nice, it is really comfy, and it is simply great for my nursery. My nursery has an outer-space theme, with lots of blues and grays and yellows. I bought the slate chair, and it is a very nice gray color. Plus, the chair has a sort of modern look, and once our baby gets older, we could put this in another room if we wanted. It is also very comfy, and I like that it rocks and swivels. I have no issues feeding my baby in this chair. When I was selecting a rocking chair, I didn't really care about it being good for small spaces. However, we just moved and our new nursery is a bit small, so I am really glad I picked this chair instead of one of the more traditional ones. This easily fits into the corner of our nursery, and is still able to rock and swivel. The only thing I would warn about, is that this chair is incredibly awkward to move. It is actually pretty heavy, and because of the swivel feature, the chair tries to swivel when you are moving it across the room.

I love, love, love this chair! I have a small space and the Madison fits perfectly. I got it in the Natural Eco Twill color and it is perfect. The gliding and swivel motion is quiet and smooth, it is super comfortable (even for a short person...I'm 5'3") and the eco/green friendly features are the icing on the cake! I'm considering buying the gliding ottoman to go with it too.

I'll start with, I read all reviews before I make a big purchase, eespecially if I won't be able to see the product in person before purchase. My husband and I were a little nervous after reading some of the reviews on here but we went ahead and purchased 2 in slate for our spare bedroom/mother-in-law suite. The chairs arrived last night and we were pleasantly surprised. These chairs are great for a small room and look great! They do swivel perfectly, they DO glide but not like some of the wooden gliders we have seen. So don't expect this to feel like those types of gliders. My husband is ~250 lbs 6' tall and fits in them fine but he did say he wishes the back was a couple inches taller. I am 5'7" 140 lbs and I think its great. I can't say if it would be good for holding a child in as we don't have children, but for someone looking for a comfy, small, glider this is the chair for you. I'm thinking of buying more for our bedroom, I like these so much.

Ok I think I read every review on this product before I bought it and mine just arrived today so I want to tell you all what I think. First it came fast...like 2 days after I ordered it fast which surprised me because I wasn't expecting it until mid next week. It is a very small chair perfect for a small space. It is pretty darn comfy....and no it doesn't have a head rest but I have found if you put a pillow behind your bed you are good to go, but honestly that isn't really necessary. I'm 5 foot 6 inches and I'm more than comfortable in the chair. It doesn't tilt forward and it doesn't tilt backward....it also is silent and the motion is smooth.. it really is a great little glider. Now for the negatives....it came dirty and I was not pleased. Really lets think about this.. how does something arrive in a box while being covered in heavy duty plastic dirty?! I don't know either, but to be fair it did clean up really really nice and took no time at all so I'm ok with that little bump. The only bump that I can't get over and I can't fix is that the chair came with a few flaws in the fabric. They aren't rips they are more like snags...they are annoying but not terribly noticeable but still when you pay for something regardless the price it should come in perfect condition and you as the buyer should get to be the one to get it dirty or break it. The only reason I'm not returning the chair is because these flaws are in the back so they will never be seen and lets be real here returning a chair while 9 months pregnant sounds like the a big pain in the you know what. So overall I'm happy with it....there are many more positives about this chair than negatives for sure. One last thing that I wanted to share that this chair is NOT white. It is an oatmeal color....it is light but definitely darker than white with some tan/yellow tones...I ordered it because I thought it would be more white than it is and even though I am super concerned about the colors in my nursery not matching perfectly I will learn to live with it because it fits the space so well.

I love this chair it is comfortable and great to crocet on. Great for rocking babies to sleep and just a comfortable spot

This micro suede is beautiful, and especially in Navy. It reminds me of Halston's ultra suede back in the 80's that was the standard to go by in those days. Nice to the touch. It is very comfortable and plenty roomy for not taking up a lot of space. Thick and plush, but very small footprint. It also seems to be very strong and well constructed because there are no squeaks or any noise coming from it. Well put together and very good quality. Stitching and fabric is excellent all around. I am using it as a club chair for my office, but my daughter just had twins, to it can be used to feed and rock them as well.

I rarely review Amazon purchases, but this one I must. This chair has been my absolute favorite purchase for our first baby thus far. I purchased this chair for our bedroom, since we did not have a nursery. Its design is perfect for small spaces! It does not take up lots of room, does not add clutter, is very simple, and very modern looking. Not only is the sleek design wonderful, but it is the most comfortable glider I've ever sat in! I am a petite person at 5'3 and 110 lbs, so this chair is a very good fit for me, but there is still plenty of space left over when I nurse my now 7-month-old daughter. It fits the two of us just right and I could not have hoped for a better, comfier spot to bond with my first baby. It glides silently and smoothly, hardly ever touches the wall because of the curved design (and even if it does, it doesn't make any sound since theres no wood or metal framework exposed like most gliders). I did purchase a stool for myself to rest my feet on but someone with longer legs would not have any problems. I can sit in this chair with a nursing pillow, no problem. Lastly, it really is easy to spot clean this chair. Spit up comes off with a damp cloth no problem! It just doesn't absorb it like a regular glider with cushions would, which is a huge plus for a first time mom who had no idea how many messes I'd really be cleaning up! :) Thanks babyletto for making a mama so happy!! :)

I was at a children’s furniture store shopping for a baby gift with my 6’3” 15 year old son reluctantly tagging along. They had this chair on the showroom floor and my son sat in it and declared it the most comfortable chair ever - it rocks and swivels and the microfibre fabric is so soft. The store staff said we couldn’t buy the floor model and that it would take 8-10 weeks to get one plus I would have to pay extra to have it delivered to my house. I went home and ordered this one on Amazon (price was the same as the store but delivery was free) and it arrived at my door 2 days later. I put the chair in our rec. room, where it takes up very little space because of its small footprint. Now it’s the most popular piece of furniture - my boys and their friends love it for gaming and watching tv. Not sure how the white colour will hold up with a bunch of big teenagers using it. The covering is removable but not sure if it can be washed however the chair is so solid that I it could probably be reupholstered when the fabric is totally done for.

This chair is super comfortable and stylish. It is great for small spaces due to its compact size. Slate is a nice grey color.

We’ve been using this in the nursery for the past few weeks. It’s very comfy and sturdy. It replaced a low quality rocker we used for less than a year and the fabric wore out. Crossing our fingers this will do better but feel the fabric on this one is much better.

My favourite chair for nursing. Stylish enough I will use it after. It’s more of a classic light grey than what’s in the picture though!
