Energised water
I charged my crystals with some reiki before I placed them in the bottom compartment. If you purchase the other crystal types, an hour or two in direct sunlight will charge them, but sunlight tends to fade amethyst.This works.I'm using amethyst as part of a cleanse, but also to promote calm.The water actually seems softer, I'm drinking it at room temperature.

Bamboo lids have split open with hardly no use at all. Not a good quality item.
I've had these bottles for about a year. I have only ever used them a few times. I only ever use them to make crystal elixir with cold water. I never carry them around they stand on the shelf. But still the bamboo lids have cracked and that is with hardly no use at all so it's obvious they are not a good quality.
