Knorr has always been a top quality product. This au jus is more of a gravy than liquid. The flavor is robust and beefy. if it is too thick, thin down with some of the actual au jus from your roast, a little water and/or wine, or powdered beef stock/bouillon. there are only about two servings per packet, but using it as a flavorful base to start with it can't be beat for 50 cents a package. I now prefer a thicker au jus as it clings to the prime rib chunk better, and clings to French dip sandwiches better... (less drip.)

Has the best flavor of any au jus we have tried. Love it and keep lots on hand.

Great sauce packet for gluten free options

This mix is not your common gravy. It has no flour in it, more like a meat sauce. Use on steak or roasted meats, it gives a real professional look to the serving, and tastes good, too. Knorr mixes are a great addition to your pantry. I especially like the Hollandaise and Bearnaise mixes.

Good packet say jus-I put it in with pot roast for extra flavor

Use it in soups

I love this product, however there were 2 packets out of the 24 that had holes in the packet where the glue didn't seal them. I had to wipe off all the other packets because the product leaked out and made a mess in the box. It isn't worth the time to repackage them and send them back, but I'm definitely disappointed.

This is a very good product. We have used it for several years. However, there are only 12 packages, not 24 in the pack. That is the only reason for an overall rating of three stars. Even so, each package is less expensive than what we wold pay at the supermarket .
