My little Ivory Mystery snail arrived 3 days sooner than the original estimate! They were shipped within hours of my order. Lightning fast! I really appreciate that since I've never ordered anything alive (besides plants) and was nervous. The snail came in the best recommended transport method for Mystery snails. In a fish bag wrapped loosely in a wet paper towel. Seller TheFrogHouseShop carefully wrapped the snails bag in brown paper in a solid box that was labeled for Temp sensitivity. All very responsible, and much appreciated. I just got my little juvenile snail acclimated! It's best to ship them as juvenile since they have a much easier time with it. They are perfect size, not too small and not too big. It will be really fun to watch my new friend grow! They arrived whole, and without any shell damage due to the responsible packing. They are alive, and already in my tank next to a mossball. It takes a bit for them to come out of their shell, and I'm so excited to see them acclimate to my tank! Very cute juvenile snail. As close to Snow White as you can get. I like that this seller only sends you the one you ordered. Others send extra in case one dies but I didn’t want extra to overstock my tank. Very good little snail. I’m happy :)

Upon receiving shipment, I was blessed with 4 snails in the package instead of the advertised 3. I think 1 was dead but the added made up for it. The rest are alive and well. Can't really complain about anything and would recommend to everyone. Thank you.

Arrived early, arrived alive and healthy. My snail was wrapped in a plastic container in a wet paper towel rolled up, good packaging, snail had plenty of oxygen when traveling. Snails super lively, moving all around my 5 gallon tank, little small but super happy with it. Very cute snail.

Took a couple of days for Merv to wake up but he is now the hightlight of my bookshelf tank. He pretty much tripled in size since I got him and he likes to redecorate my tank by bulldozing his way through the plants 🤣 video is him with a bladder snail hitching a ride and the other is a younger purple mystery snail. Great purchase and would recommend this seller!

Got three of these little guys late March, they came in very nice and secure packaging. After about 20 minutes of acclimating, they became very active and have been amazing additions to my 10 gallon tank! They grew very quickly and continue to be active! I ordered these early on in the year, where it gets very hot after the first few months. I recommend paying attention to how your climate will effect the delivery of these little guys, the suppliers can only prevent so much. The snails are also very hardy, they have survived 48 hours of living in a tub filled with bottled water, and bounced right back after being placed into their tank. Overall, wonderful product!

They didn’t seem to be very active. 2 died, in is still going and finally perked up after a couple weeks. The ones I replaced from the pet store were MUCH more active from the moment they were put in the tank.
