I tried a bunch of different ones - this one really went down well. The taste (I took vanilla) is just like cocoa, not cloying and without chemicals. It dissolves in water and milk perfectly, without lumps. I drink it after training - it helps to recover, the muscles do not get clogged up so much. Plus - it does not cause heaviness in the stomach, and this is rare. Decent protein, the composition is clean, without nonsense. In general, now this is my go-to protein. I recommend it!

I am doing regularly sports since 90s and back then there were not 1000 random brands of protein products everywhere only very few high quality companies mainly for bodybuilding. Olymp is the one of the oldest and best European brands (originating from Germany) known to me since the 90s when i was a teenager. This Brands is as old as American brands like ON nutrition and Universal. Tastes old school, looks old school and ofc German quality and in accordance with European standards for food and nutrition which are higher than US in comparison. Top product and a basic to have.

Integratore alimentare proteico molto buono sia come sapore, sia come resa atletica. Gusto alla vaniglia non troppo forte. Sicuramente consigliato.
