So i was very happy to find this! the butterfly shipped with no problems, there is a smell to it like others have said but its not bad and in 2 days it was gone, because it is pushed up against the glass and the padding, but NOT SMASHED! just really snug. there is a little of the butterfly scales ( the little hairs on the wings ) are pushed around the outer edge of the butterfly. its not a big deal and for the price its a very small con. the frame it comes in is not bad its glass on a wood frame that seems to be dipped in a heavy dark brown paint its not cheap looking but not high end looking either. The only thing i don't like about it is, i wish it was mounted differently placed in the middle and not snug under padding and the glass . but like i said its not a deal breaker for the price. it is still a very different and very beautiful butterfly i will be buying more for her collection.
