Brought for a friends teenage daughter and she absolutely loves it.Would highly recommend.

This is a great book and beneficial, it is very funny. I do think however though you need to be in a certain mindset for this though otherwise it may not come across as helpful! I thought it was great though

I love this book and it’s really helping me through my divorce. My only annoyance is I wish it was a4. The bigger size would be nicer to write in

It's a good book but if you don't like swear words or bad words not for you otherwise it's advice is SPOT ON.

This journal provides a dose of much needed humor while providing writer to purge negative thoughts and put on paper serious or funny goals. ***Warning: it is explicit - a lot of swearing*** I love it! It's amazing how reading someone else's swear words while providing encouraging advice and meaningful tasks changes your attitude while working in this journal. It is really great!!! And a lot of fun. I also find it very helpful and soothing when I put it down. I feel better after working on it.

it looked like a great book but there is waterdamage on the back of the book...
