I was wondering from the beginning if this would be difficult to clean. And then on taking it out of the box, I noticed that it was all metal and wondered if the whole thing would be dangerously hot when used--thinking of our seven year old in the house. But on both counts I was so pleasantly surprised! First, it is very easy to assemble, take apart and clean--everything about it is simple and easy. There was one part, behind the heating element which after using got a few light splatters of oil, which I worried would be hard to clean, but I just took a damp paper towel and wiped behind the elements. Although the entire thing does get hot, it doesn't get as hot as I feared. In other words, if a kid were to touch the back of it, they wouldn't get instantly burned. And, last but not least, it worked quite well! We got some nice roasted chicken brochettes!

This is not what I expected..I spent too much time trying to put it together to no avail. It appears that one of the pieces doesn't fit as it should. I stated in an earlier review on this item that the return date was the same day I received it..I read the date wrong and I am in the process of returning it today.

The directions aren’t super about how to attach the cog piece at the top, but figured it out.The rear reflector panel comes out for cleaning with some arm wrestling. Not easily.These are minor items.The actual cooking worked well so far.The only thing to be VERY CAREFUL of is that the unit gets hot. Not just the upper part with the coils but ALL of it. Including the base. Be careful of what surface you place this on!!!!

They put all these fancy photos up that it does this and that and it's so damn great, but they don't tell you that you can't control the temperature. That's manipulative con-artist nonsense and I don't appreciate it.UPDATE:The skewers don't rotate, meaning they won't cook evenly. And the kebabs fall off the skewers, even if you freeze them on the skewer and use strong binding. Changing my rating from 3 to 2 stars.

I am having so much fun with this! We make el pastor and bacon wrapped chicken. It’s always turns out delicious! I highly recommend this product!

Very good for whole chicken . Makes a fine rotisserie chicken . Very pleased with this purchase .

This is my second product because the first wasn’t study enough and got defective after first tryI tried it again same issue some of the parts are made of plastic and melt so fast and they are essential so you can’t use the product againHonestly waste of money not even worth this high price

I just received my rotisseries, I ordere 4, they seem to work just fine, but I need more spikes for the shawarma. It would be great if someone from the company could contact me so I can purchase more. I need like 12 more.
