Game Golf Pro Tracking Device (2019) - Real Time Shot Tracking, Rangefinder Distances, Performance Analytics, Coaching and GPS Stat Tracker

Endless issues with the product, has never worked well since day one and took weeks to get replacement parts which now also do not work - needs much more development. Not worth £30 let alone £300

The Game Golf Live works very well, The Game Golf Pro does not. The Customer support is very bad.

Can some one assist on how to access the free year subscription to smart caddie I had no code on order and golf pro are not helping me

I’ve finally given up, I’ve written to GameGolf and asked for a refund. The system must have missed 40 shots today and mapped all of the shots on one hole on the adjoining hole.It’s like the sensors take it in turns to break. I’ve had two replaced already but now other ones have gone. Shame I had high hopes for this.

I have been using Game Golf since 2014. Could not wait for the Game Golf Pro to be released!! Its an absolutely fantastic piece of technology, second to none. It is extremely accurate with its yardages and I measured it against the Flightscope Mevo device. The distances were very very similar. The sensor technology is more robust than the Game golf sensors and it can distinguish between practice swings and real shots. The Smart Caddie (which is free for a year) when you buy Game Golf Pro is absolutely brilliant. Gives you advice of what clubs to hit on previous data and positions. It takes into account wind, temperature and elevation. The technology behind this is unparalleled to anything else on the market, it is miles ahead, it really is. I know this because I have researched this product myself before purchasing. It is a lot of money to spend on a golf device and I wanted to be sure because I really liked Game Golf (original). Game Golf Pro is so much more advanced. An absolutely brilliant piece of technology. Well worth the money.

Product was not straight forward to set up , hell from Game Golf Customer service very poor & product still does not work 100%

When this works, it's great - however, this happens few and far between. Recently it's stopped tracking any shots, even though I was sent new tags and I set everything up as Game Golf state.Spend more time looking at the iPhone to check it's tracked shots and entering data manually than hitting the ball. Far too much effort on something that is meant to be seamless. If you are looking for a similar product, look around first and research. I would not recommend this, a waste of (a lot) of money

Had original Game Golf Classic for years - good product. Decided to upgrade to latest Pro model - disaster. Waste of money. Had 6 Tag low batteries and numerous Tags would not sync. Despite promise of replacements after 2 months nothing has arrived. Does NOT record Putter ever. Do NOT buy this product - stick to original version.
