Featuring a cast iron round base, this height adjustable desktop microphone stand is great for YouTubers and podcasting. While the height ranges from 9.5 to 15 inch, the 2.3 pound 5.7 inch wide cast iron round base provides substantial balance and stability for microphones and helps to prevent it from being knocked over. Specifications: Height adjustable range: 9.5β to 15β Base diameter: 5.7β Base weight: 2.3 lbs Base material: cast iron Color: black base and chrome shaft How to assemble Screw the shaft into the round cast iron base; Screw the microphone clip or shock mount on the top of the shaft; Hold the lower part of the shaft (This is very important! Itβs difficult to unfasten the clutch if you hold the upper shaft) , unfasten the clutch by tuning it counterclockwise, pull the upper shaft to adjust the height, then turn the clutch clockwise to fix the height.

Spend a bit more for a better unit.
OK, it 'works', but the fit and finish is rather poor, and the upper tube is crooked when tightened. Next time I'd spend a few dollars more and get a quality unit.

Does what it's supposed to do
It is sturdy and works well for holding my mic on my desk. My only complaint is that the three, rubber feet are so thick and widely spaced that it is sometimes a bit tipsy. Having five feet would be better. It works OK as is and I'm going to try replacing the rubber feet with thinner material to further improve its stability.

Gets the job done
For the price point I can't complain, but it is nothing special.

I have it, but havent use it.
The material is good, but I need an extra part of my piece to connect to the stand..

Good and Sturdy
Just right for my table-top needs. Besides the weighted base, what I really enjoy is the ability to adjust the length.

Pretty good stand
Works decent, I won't say anything bad because the price was very good. It does what it is supposed to. Just feels a bit less than solid.

Great
It has a heavy base and it is well built. I put a heavy mic on it and it holds up nice.
