It isn't as great a pain reliever as moov or volini, but maybe only this amount of mildness can be used for period cramps. It's not bad, you can give it a try. But unlike what's written on the box, it doesn't help with moods swings, 'cause obviously that's something hormonal.

Although it is advertised primarily as a pain relief roll on, I bought it more for its other claim- that of uplifting mood and energising you on those days when you simply want to curl up and sleep.I do not get mentrual cramps but my energy levels dip greatly and I can see my mood fluctuating and at a low ebb. It is not debilitating but it does affect me and I had tried many home remedies including sipping on chamomile tea, inhaling eucalyptus oil , etc and nothing worked. When I chanced upon this product, I decided to give it a try and I can confidently say it helps.The result has not been a complete 360 but I can definitely find myself to be in a better mood and the listlessness of the those days has come down considerably. The first impression was good because the fragrance was very uplifting and fresh. But I wasn't sure if it would help in the long run. On the first day the novelty of the smell kept me on but I wasn't sure it would work the next day onwards. But it did! I would take 1 whiff and it would give me a surge of energy.Now i find myself almost being addicted to this fragrance, so much so that I end up using it non period days as well!Much like the mosquito roll ons that we get these days, the application is fairly straightforward. What I do is roll it on a hanky and keep taking a whiff every now and then. The smell is quite potent and lasts a few hrs.And I like the fact that it is a blend of essential oils. Nothing chemical or artificial about it.Bottomline, I would say go for it. I intend to.

It is easy to use but it was not effective. I have used sirona patches for cramps and it works amazing but this roll-on was not that effective. However, if you apply this and rub it a little, it gives a cooling effect which eased my cramps. Ok ok product.

I have severe cramps I literally take 6-7tabs during my menstrual cycle,I got this suggested by my friend & it works like a magic wand. I just apply it & on my lower abdomen & then keep heat bag for 10-15mins and it's gone.This helped me in prevent me from taking cram pills.im very much thankful for this product.

Has no effect on painful cramps. It just smells nice and feels slightly cool but it's essentially useless if you experience a lot of pain. If you get light cramps then the smell might help improve your mood and you'll feel like the pain has reduced due to the placebo effect. I still had to resort to taking meftal spas tablets to manage my pain. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone. It's only 10 ml for Rs.250 and totally not worth it

Really a magical roll on. I was unsure whether it will work or not , but it did wonder. After applying within few seconds it started working. The smell of essential oils really helped to manage mood swings .You need to reapply in each 2-3 hrs but immediately it will start showing effect.I’m still unsure about heavy cramps, but its a must try product.

Every month I used to swallow some pills during my periods, but after I found this product online I thought to give it a try. After using this product this month I felt a releif in my pain and it is definitely better than pain killers.
