**Q: Do these reduce sizing?**
A: I bought these a while ago in hopes that they would help fill my gappy shoes (inpractical bridesmaid heels 🙈) and they did NOT affect the overall fit of the shoe, they did however cushion my arch nicely so I was able to wear these stonking great high heels for the whooole day, very comfy and I don't personally feel they alter the size. I hope this helps 😊

These inserts work great, especially for making my sandals fit better as they are a bit big around. The inserts are really sticky on one side and I removed them a few times to adjust and they still stick. The only thing that would make them better is if they were a little bit wider.
