Do you need to have a way to anchor the bands for some of these exercises?

How many of each of the exercises do people typically do? Also, do you do an upper body day separate from a lower body day? Just looking for some tips

Usually it’s good to try for about 3 different exercises per muscle group (chest, biceps, etc.) per workout. So, if you are doing back and biceps one day, do 3 or 4 exercises for each. A good place to start is 3 sets of 10 reps each. You can change it up once you get more knowledgeable of the subject. For absolute beginners, it is better to do full body workouts until you develop good form and enough muscle to successfully handle individual muscle groups. So maybe pick 5-8 workouts that incorporate multiple muscle groups and do that about 3 times a week. Again, this is just a starting place for beginners.
