Tho we found the flush free ones don't actually work as well for holistic depression treatment. It probably depends what you need from B3. However the flush only lasted for a few weeks total. And each "flush" was about 30 minutes total. We actually ended up going with the 100mg no time release and taking them with meals because they did cause upset stomach. **Q: I see two Rugbys here, one saying "timed release" and the other "extended release," which seem to be the same thing.
