It doesn’t have a bazillion buttons that you’ll never use. Start/stop, time, and temp is really all you have to choose from (their are 1 set of +/- buttons that work for adjusting the temp or time). I have had this for 10 months and use it several times a week and have not experienced any issues. Very versatile. When first trying to cook various items remember YouTube is your friend. For example one of my first cooks was chicken wings, went to YouTube, typed in “air fryer chicken wings” and presto there are dozens of tutorial videos. The cleaning is not too bad since it has a teflon type coating. So most oil and grease comes off with a light sponge and soapy water.As for cooking, its amazing. Fries, wings, steaks, hamburgers, come out fantastic.My wife is a vegetarian and her vegetables come out better than the oven. Cooks very well on the outside and keeps the moisture on the inside since air frying is mostly blowing on the outside of foods and leaving the inside cooked but moist.The only dislike is the main basket. Since it has side vents , it will leaks out grease or oil when pulling it out and tilting it. Also, takes up a lot of counter space in my kitchen. Measures about 13" round plus handle extension.Note:Do not tilt basket to get the food out or you will get burned from grease or the inner grate will fall out. Just remove your food gently with a plastic soon or spatula and let cool off before washing.Overall, mechanically this is an excellent fryer.
