If you have arthritis in your thumb joint, supporting the wide end of the barbell can be too painful to use landmine training successfully. This sleeve's narrower grip handle behind the ball opens up training possibilities that were too painful to do otherwise. It is also great for sledgehammer type wrist strength warmups and it works great as a wrist roller when attached to a bar in a power rack. I have used this piece over the past two years and I’m quite happy to have found the same product under the titan namebrand. ### ⭐ Broke in half… wasn’t welded, almost looked glued. *by J***N on June 16, 2022* Blows my mind how something like this could even happen to a product like this. Honestly this item needs to be recalled and welded at the joint not glued or whatever this was. Luckily no one was hurt but there was some minor damage to my home when this snapped. I was only 3 sets in with maybe 60lbs… Pros: The company did refund me with zero hassle but as dangerous as this was I kinda expected something more then just that. Lesson learned don’t go cheap.
