The only thing I was not happy with was the weakness of the metal.

I love this noodle cutter, it's fits perfectly in my hand and cuts the noodles exactly the way I like them.

I purchased this to cut my egg noodles. It cut them well, but they were so, so thin. I do like mine fairly thin although these were a little too stringy for me. The product itself is nice, comfortable to use and seems to be well made. I am hoping to use it for other things.

I had high hopes for this cutter. This is not a high quality item. It came with a lot of the rollers bent. There for it doesn't cut very straight. But I thought since the bent ones were on the outer part I would still get some nice straight cuts. You have to put a little pressure on it to cut through the dough to make it cut all the way though, the first time I applied pressure it bent almost 90 degrees!! WOW! And I promise I was not pressing very hard at all. Infact the metal is so cheap, I could bent it back with no effort. Spend a little more money and get a better product.

I needed a way to easily cut 12mm squares for communion bread that would fit in a standard plastic communion cup for the double cup method of serving the bread and wine at the same time. This tool turned out to be fairly easy to modify for that purpose. I reduced the diameter of four of the cutting disks to about half and placed these between pairs of the standard diameter disks. It works very well for the five cuts at 12mm spacing. I did not try it before modification (nine cuts at 6mm spacing). I also removed flash from the circumference of the disks and from the square hole in the middle. The disks appear to be plated brass rather than stainless steel. This makes modification of the disks easier.

Great for home made pasta - especially gluten free pasta. This was very easy to use and to clean. I like to make a paleo pasta that doesn't do well in pasta machines. It is best to roll it out by hand and this tool made cutting it up so easy!

This isn't a bad product for cutting homemade noodles, but it has a few design flaws. First off, it is not very durable and I have bent it a couple times now by pressing down too hard when cutting. The other thing I don't like about it is that it is hard to cut thicker noodles with it. The cutting wheels are off center so the flat side is pretty low. It would be easier if I could use the opposite side, but for some reason they put a metal flap which makes it hard to use that side for anything.It would be a better tool if I could bend out or cut off that metal flap, but for some reason they decided to reinforce the metal there rather than at the stress point where the handle connects.I am sure that flap provides some purpose I am not aware of, but for just making basic noodles, it is a problem.All of this being said, it is still pretty good at cutting noodles as long as you roll the dough really thin and are careful about how much pressure you apply.

My grandmother, then my mother, then my family have been making homemade egg noodles for soup my whole life. You need a noodle cutter like this to do the trick after rolling out the noodle dough. My mom and I spent 15 years looking for a tool like this and gave up years ago. Decided to have another look, and here it is finally. Works awesome and a must have for making noodles. Thank you!!!
