I’m not sure Of diameter these are just light shades that fit on your normal bulb light socket, you screw of the bottom end Of your socket put it on a screw it back on again.Sorry I can’t help anymore

What type of bulb does this take! Screw or bayonet?

It just fits on your normal light fitting so if you have bayonet then bayonet, screw fitting then screw. My fitting has a bayonet so the shade just fits in place above the fitting with the bulb. The bulb does not fit in to the light shade.

Does this lamp shade fit on a B22?

Yes it will as it screws between the bulb and the bulb holder.
