The Red really has nice nice heat...not insane heat.... but "Slap Ya Mama" heat and adds great Cajun flavor. The yellow is a gentler "slap" but still imparts great Cajun flavor.

Slap Ya Mama seasoning has become my go-to for smoked wings. I use the 0–400 method, and this spice blend takes them to the next level—just the right mix of heat and flavor without being overpowering. It sticks well to the wings, gives a nice kick, and the smoky flavor really shines through. I’ve tried it on other meats too, but wings are where it really stands out. Definitely cajun seasoning but its 50% salt - very light dusting only
This is a good spice, it smells and tastes like a high quality Cajun spike pot... but there is frankly too much salt in it. Way too much! If you're like me and you take a supermarket (Waitrose) pot of Cajun seasoning and completely smother your food, avoid this product as the salt volume will make it inedible. However, if you enjoy a light dusting (very light?), this product is about right for you.
