One caution when they say all natural and no nitrites for preservatives they aren't kidding. I left a partially consumed package in my truck and it molded before I got back to it. But that is not a bad thing - as along as you know. We don't need to be eating cancer causing nitrites. I definitely plan to keep a package or two on hand for trips and emergencies.
