NESCO SC-150-47, Slow Cooker, 1.5 Quart, Silver

Love this little guy! Perfect for cooking for 2, or for party dips, etc. heats evenly, cleans up nicely!

This is the perfect size for hot dips or for hot appetizers. I can see using this to keep items such as little franks, sausage balls, bacon or sausage links warm for Christmas morning.

Neat little pot for single cooking. May run a little hot, gets a little frozen roast (maybe a pound and a half) done in less than 3 hours on high. Also ordered the smaller Reynolds crock pot bags which fit the pot well and make clean up a breeze. Double check that you want something this small, because it is small. But it is what I wanted. Has a small footprint on the counter.

I like the size for when I need less food than the 6 qt. The low setting seems to run higher than normal, but still cooks great. I just go sooner than expected to turn down to warm if the food is thoroughly cooked.Keeps the food good and warm.

This is the perfect little crockpot for queso dips etc. This was one of the only ones I looked at that had 3 heat settings, plus it’s cute!

I have a 1.5 quart round Crockette I have used for years but wanted a Oval Crockpot with temperature control. Nesco had exactly what I wanted except for one thing, a timer! I wish all crockpots came with timers, it's important I love the style and the look plus it fits on the smaller counters. I am very pleased with the oval shape. I can put veggies on the bottom and put Chicken Leg quarters on top. Cornish hen will fit nicely. Can make two stuffed bell peppers etc. The oval shape holds items easily that round ones can't. I noticed they have cookbooks for one or two for Crockpots. I will be purchasing a couple of them. If you are cooking for one or two this little crockpot will do a great job for you.

This little crock pot is nice because of it's oval shape. It can hold 2 large chicken breasts and cooks evenly. However, the light on the front doesn't actually light up? So I never know if the power is on to it or not which is frustrating. I've thought about sending it back for a replacement, but if the light worked it would be 5 stars.

Bought to replace one the same size. Good size for two people.

When turned on for the first time, I notice the cord was just 2 feet short. Then the device started boiling very rapidly. I am glad I did not leave the house and left this slow cooker unattended. Within 5 minutes while I was in my living room, the device overheated, smoke started coming out and both the handles melted. This pot is a fire hazard.

This is the perfect size for two. Just plug in and come home to enjoy. It's also good quality and lid fits better than other brands that I returned. Just buy it and yoi wouldn't regret it.
