I had  purchased the previous version Hoover wh20200steam mop 2 years ago. After tearing it apartmultiple times due to problems I decided to purchase this one.Problems from old model included:Tanks falling off and breakingwater and solution draining on floor after usewater and solution not dispensing properly (too much or not at all)internal rubber hoses popping off and drainingno water filtrationGood things about this modelthicker padstank more securewater not draining on flooronly one tank to handle both water and solutionimproved dispensing (not too much)filtrationI have had the new model only for a week. Iwill update this review if problems surface.However, so far a vast improvement over previousmodel.

The unit works great but bying parts that have broken is not possible. I have been waiting since back in March for a new handle- they due not have any in stock. Now Hoover says August. Originally it was July. The handle was designed poorly. The unit fell backwards when the latch did not hold and shattered the handle when it hit the floor.

Compared to my Bissell, this does not clean well.  I have tried it with and without the grey holder to get the floor clean.  It doesn’t put enough steam straight onto the floor to clean up ground in food.  Will be returning.
