I generally research all supplements/herbs that I take. This product definitely passes the quality ingredient test. Although the label says one capsule is a serving, for me two works best. I generally wake up anxious but this calms me down. If I happen to be anxious before bed I will take 1-2 more and it helps me sleep. The price is excellent as well since I got two bottles for the price of one. I hope this post helps

So odd, since a lot of this seems to be trial and error, even though there may be some decent science behind it. Anyway, this seems to help with unwanted negative thoughts and makes me sleepy, so good for a good night and waking up without being overly bombarded by bad thoughts. Tried some L-Theanine that didn't seem to do much, but this helped me noticeably.

I have used this product for years. I take it at night with some other sleep aides. When I add it, I always seem to sleep a little better. Just relaxes my system.

I love this product for helping me sleep. I take two capsules before bed and if I wake during the night, I take one more. This product has helped me so much. Before it took me forever to fall asleep and then I would wake several times in the night. Now I rarely wake up and I sleep more deeply. I've shared this product so many times to others that have similar problems sleeping.

Didn’t notice anything

I take 1 at supper every day. I’ve only started this in February 2026 so not sure of any results. I’ve started my 2nd bottle last week. I feel a slight change. Will have to review again later.

I am a huge fan of the Designs for Health brand. Unfortunately this one does not do it for me. The ingredients are fine but the amounts needed to work would become quite costly since the amount of each ingredient is rather low.

Put me into a relaxed state before hitting some zzzzs
