Works for Nissan CVTs
If you are like me, you were looking for a direct replacement for your 2017 Nissan Versa CVT fluid. After changing the metal valve body filter & side cartridge filter, you can remove the 8/10mm bolt from the dipstick tube from the driver side wheel well & take a small funnel to pour this fluid in. If you are concerned about it mixing with the OEM fluid I did it on my car owned since new and am now at 160K miles on my factory CVT. Also 10K miles after the dealer told me I needed a new CVT. After completing those changes and keeping my car under 3K rpm’s it still runs like a top. You have to be easy on these trans but they will last. Also remember to set your E brake before removing your foot off the pedal in park so it doesn’t rock on the CVT. This fluid is a direct replacement for the NS3 Nissan fluid so rest easy if you’re doing your research to find a cheaper solution. I took the bullet for you & can confirm it works! Just an update 25MAR2025 180K miles now and still no issues. Nissan is really pulling the wool over my eyes. Guess I should send them a picture of the mileage vs what they told me after a nice little DIY. This fluid is 1000% safe.

Works great in 2016 Nissan Murano AWD
This product is the same as the factory NS-3 . Works great in my 2016 Nissan Murano awd. Smooth as silk when driving. Very happy. Changed both filters also.

Perfect product when I drained the fluid, and put this one, I felt a big difference in the performance of my cvt transmission, it still has a little hesitation at 50 miles an hour, when it use to be in 1st gear, which it still has a small hesitation, but a whole lot better. I'll let it continue to seap through the system, it may improve, or it could be the bands inside the cvt. Other than that, this is a great product, it's the same as Nissan, per you tube transmission trq video.
