I love this for working out arms, it's been a great addition (still use bowflex select-techs as the primary workout). As for legs, this does make a good squat bar, but you have to wrap the bands around the bar a lot to get any worth while workout (I'm 6ft). The bar wasnt designed for this. The gaps in the bar that are meant to fit the bands doesnt accommodate a lot of loops. Not a deal breaker, but its worth mentioning. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great bar! *by C***Y on Reviewed in the United States on May 2, 2020* I had hurt my shoulder on a 425 lbs bench about 8 months ago. I got the first rep up and stupidly tried for a second. Once I was healed, I had a lot of pain in my shoulder when trying to perform pull ups. So, I ordered some resistance bands to help out. A few months later, the covid-19 thing started and the gyms closed. Then I realized I can do my workouts with the bands and they actually do workout you out extremely well. I saw this bar and bought it right away. Its sturdy and works as intended. I feel a lot better about having to workout with bands instead of weights now. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Finally pulled the trigger *by K***S on Reviewed in the United States on January 21, 2021* I’ve debated on buying this bar for about a year. I first heard about it in a FB group. I finally got it and so glad I did. Doesn’t break down so not the best for traveling but I prefer it that way. It’s strong and sturdy. I’ve read you should use over 150lbs of resistance but I used around 185lbs of resistance on it in a few sets of bench to test it out and it did just fine.
