I make lotions all the time and almost did not buy this because they did not display the full ingredient list. I have discoid Lupus and am allergic to some things. I was already taking Noni in an effort to help my Lupus but I can't say that I suggest Noni internally for that. I was actually looking for a grapefruit lotion because grapefruit is supposed to be helpful for Lupus and ended up here. This lotion does have a fairly strong citrus and grapefruit smell that is absolutely lovely but the thing that really makes this an outstanding lotion is that it immediately relieved my Lupus lesions and softened them. I believe it is a combination of ingredients because I have used a Noni extract topically on Lupus without this same effect. I have even made my own Noni and grapefruit lotion without the same effect. The combination of the nut oils, passion flower extract, noni and grapefruit seem to be doing wonders! I'll try to remember to update if I actually start to heal.
