I will never buy batteries again this was so easy it's not even funny not very expensive it's going to save me a fortune in the future and it's so convenient

This was great to begin with but after less than 6 months won't charge batteries now

As grandparents to two six year old twins, we understand the need to have on tap an inexhaustible selection of batteries suitable for children's toys in particular AA ones. It rather seems that everything aimed at children now is also going to need an epic amount of power to go with it.So, in the spirit of keeping 'The Bubs' remote control cars suitably fueled up, their noisome brightly coloured animals and various other shiny plastic items destined for a landfill at some point going, we decided that rechargeable was the way to go.And this fulfils that need perfectly.The unit is well made, comes with a good amount of batteries of apparently high capacity and is capable of charging said items back up again in reasonable time. I can just about keep pace with the usage.The batteries are 2800mAh which, I suspect is over egging that pudding. If ultimate power was needed then I'd probably look for name brand stuff to guarantee it. I know from watching Youtube videos where people test these things that it's rare indeed for no-name Chinesium batteries to come close to their stated power levels.However, these are good enough for the money.Overall, a cheap way to get your hands on a charger and batteries.

Not sure if one of the batteries is faulty or the charging unit is faulty as one of the charging ports remain red when all the other charging ports turn green.

Love the idea of this charger, no extra adapter to have around as uses USB. Charges batteries 1:1 great when you have an odd number...But its so fussy with rejecting batteries with a flashing orange light other chargers are fine with. I'm the picture the batteries at the back won't charge with it, and some of them are even the same brand.If this wasn't a problem then 5 stars certainly. Given how how the average rating is I was probably just unlucky.
