A toggle. My hat is a nice light green with the airy lacey strip in the top of the hat connected to the brim. Its a good brim too and fits on easily. Very useful for the garden and greenhouse as it wont slip off. Great stuff. Arrived quickly. I would buy here again. Bought during Covid crisis 2020.
