Band adjustment was simple with the typical pin removal required. The watch is not too large nor too small. I have 40 & 50 mm watches. At 45 mm it is perfectly sized. The polished and brushed finishes plus the knurled band creates a heavy duty yet classic look wearable with a suit or jeans. The band is nice and wide as well adding to its heft and look. The quality is high end.
