    No instructions -- missing parts -- came cracked.

Terrible glass case. I could not get it to fully stick to the screen, and I had no idea what to do because there were NO instructions. I'm going to look for a shatter-proof shield that has instructions. I didn't understand the need for the stickers, and I was confused on what to clean.It also did not come with everything that was stated to be in the box. No bubble remover; all it came with was the shield, stickers, microfiber cloth, and the cleaner.The second time I bought the product, it was cracked. Not just a little, but cracked all the way through the middle with larges crevices. Don't buy this shield, please.
