Not sure they do a quality check. First, the fabric is cheap and there are lots of uncut threads everywhere. I decided to keep the item, as summer in Texas are hot, so very light fabric could still work. However, I just tried to put it on my baby and noticed the metal snaps are not correctly installed and there are metal pins exposed. This is too dangerous for any baby to wear that.
