First, this makes you think that it really works. It is NOT mechanically usable - you can't use this anywhere. It makes such loud noises when you use it that you couldn't use it to record at any hearing. And you can't use it to transcribe because it's so loud that you can't hear the tape. This was totally misrepresented BUT they were clear about no exchanges. I would never buy anything from this person again!
